Nial Conroy

Previous clubs St Ives, St Neots and Newmarket. Although Nial is still young in years he has experienced success through being part of the successful St Ives and St Neots squads over the years. Destined to be a top keeper through his dedication to work hard and learn.

Luke Shipp

Shippy has good potential to be an outstanding keeper and always wants to learn. This season he will be looking to show what it takes to become a No1

Stephen Hurst

Steve will always do a good job for you when asked. His strengths are his strong tackling and his pace. A popular player with the lads and has been a club stalwart.

Taylor Parr

A new signing this term. Only 20 years old and a great addition to the squad. Previous clubs Royston Town and CRC. Comfortable anywhere along the back line although prefers right or central. Taylor has fast become a popular lad in the changing room. An exceptional talent who has a bright future

Scott Betts

Signed on season long loan from Cambridge City. Can play anywhere along the defence. Strong in the air and double footed. Great commitment.

Tom Moran

Tom is one of the more experienced central defenders in the squad although still in his twenties. Has been part of the resurgent Goddy over the past 3 seasons and a true leader on the park. Has been unfortunate to pick up injuries so this season will be looking to keep clear and help the team to some success.

Charlie Bowen

Charlie has been one of the main success stories last season. Still only 21 and becoming a solid strong and influential central defender who won players player last season. Likes to be the centre of things amongst the lads in the changing room and important to the club.

Tom Lloyd

Lloydy has been at the club for several years. This season he wants to make a big effort to hold down a place in the side. Has great technical ability and can strike an excellent ball. Can play midfield of at the back.

Jack Watson

Now in his second season after joining from leading CUP to the Div. 1 championship Jack has shown he has the qualities to be a pilotable figure for Goddy. A strong central midfielder he has qualities which help players around him perform. Also, off the field always looking to help and contribute to the cause.

Joe Furness

Joe has great qualities and a cultured left foot. Comfortable in central or left midfield he is a true influencer when he applies himself to the game. One of the main players last seas and deservedly won the managers player of the season

Jason King

Kingy has returned to the club after an absence of one season with St Ives. A great signing for the club. Exceptional work rate and can make things happen in central midfield or as a defender either on the right or central. Is hungry to help the team succeed and will be a major influence.

Austin Diaper

Austin is a new player this season signed from Ely City. Comfortable in the No10 role or in midfield has tremendous work rate combined with his physicality has made him a must have in the squad this season. I see

Austin becoming a key player in the challenge for honours.

Matty Bannister

In Matty you have a great energy and endeavour as his main qualities. However, also technically he has been well coached. Previous clubs Histon, St Neots, St Ives and Coventry Sphinx last season whilst he completed his degree at University. Still only 22 years old and a vital member of the squad.

Chris Hyem

Chris has contributed significantly to the success of the team over the past 3 seasons. Has been a leader in the truest sense and a winner without doubt. When asked he will also play in other roles If it benefits the team and a 100 per cent honest player.

James Hall

James continues to progress and learn and is fast becoming one of the best strikers Goddy have had on their books. It seems every season clubs from higher level come knocking on his door but James has been loyal and wants to be part of the success Goddy will be aspiring to this season. Outstanding work rate and pace.

Jamie Blackell

Blackers is a strong central midfielder or forward and another player who has leadership and winning mentality qualities. A passion which rubs off on players around him. At 29 Blackers is the 'old man' of the squad and totally committed to the cause.

Tom Meechan

Meech is a new signing from St Ives this season. A prolific goal scorer wherever he has played and will be an important part of the quest for honours this season. A School teacher by trade has a level head on his young shoulders and determined to show what he can give to the side and get the gaols to bring success.

Tom Sparkes

Sparky is an exceptional talent. A midfielder who can play anywhere across the middle of the park. He will be looking to nail down a starting position this season, although one of Sparkys other passions is to travel so hopefully this will not be during the season. A popular and likeable lad and a talent which has influence on others when he applies himself.

Jordan Brockett

I would say without no hesitation that Jordy is one of the best talents in the squad. A midfielder who can play with incredible skills and can turn a game without doubt. For various reason however over the past seasons he has not been able to hold down a place in the side. This season however he is determined to flourish and work hard. If that is the case then Goddy will benefit without doubt.

Jake Pinner

Jake has come back into the area after university and looking to hold down a place in the squad. Was an exceptional player in his Huntingdon U18 days and plays defence.

Ben Yeoman

Ben was part of the Over side that won the Cambs Premier League last season Scoring 25 goals in the process. A big strong hardworking forward who gives defenders no time on the ball. Has a bright future.

Ben Johnson

Ben is a product from our youth team. Only 16 years old but has a bright future If he continues to develop. Plays anywhere along the back.

Eric Nyathi

Eric is also a product of our youth team. Only 17 years old and has also been with eh Cambridge United development squad last season. Strong technical skills in midfield and a bright prospect.

Mike Hyem

Welcome back for Goddy this season after a season at Huntingdon Town.

Jamie Alsop

A pedigree player. Previous clubs recently Kings Lynn and St Ives Town. Jamie joined Goddy recently from St Ives. And a big factor in joining us was the progression the club was making and wanted part of it. Famous for his excellent wing back play and a wand of a left foot. One of the best deliveries from set pieces around. A bonus with all our tall players.
