CHARGES OF HIRE OF GODMANCHESTER ROVERS FC.
All bookings must include set-up and clear-up time. We arrange bookings back-to-back to make the maximum use of the facilities.

A keyholder will be always on site, we do not give out keys to the facility.
** If considering hiring our function room without the bar, please be aware that outside alcohol must not be bought onto or be consumed on the Club site; we are licenced Premises and have a responsibility to ensure safe and legal consumption at our venue, for the safety of all guests and local residents. Disregard for this, will mean that any future requests for bookings will be refused. A keyholder is always on site for all functions. Please speak to us if you have any questions regarding this.

Weekend hire
1800 Friday to 1200 Sunday (excluding midnight-0900 each night)
This rate will apply to weddings, or other events requiring extended usage of the halls. Additional hours for setup before 1800 on Friday, or extended use beyond 1200 on Sunday will be charged at the hourly rate.

Kitchen
Hire of a hall includes limited access to the kitchen for water/cleaning etc.
For dedicated use of the kitchen, or use of the cooker to prepare hot food, there is an hourly charge (see table above)
Boardroom
Use of the boardroom includes access to the site’s wi-fi. Drinks and refreshment can be provided, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Damages deposit
A Damages deposit is required for all events. If the hall is not left in an acceptable ‘as found’ condition, a deduction will be made before the remaining damages deposit is returned. These deductions represent the cost of paying overtime to our cleaning staff. example deductions are:
- Rubbish disposal £10
- Cooker Cleaning £10
- Emptying fridge and clearing surfaces of anything left behind £10.
If a deep clean is required due to heavy staining of the carpeted area, then this will be charged at a rate of £10 per hour, plus the cost of the cleaning material needed.
This charge will be on an individual basis.
Bouncy castles
You must tell us if you plan to hire a bouncy castle. Unless powered by their own generator there will be a charge if needing to use the site’s power. Please confirm that you will have appropriate public liability insurance.
Conditions
You will be required to read and sign our Terms and Conditions document prior to any payment being accepted. A booking will not be confirmed until both the document and payment are received.
